Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary client focus will be stabilizing and low-acuity adults who are seeking support for emotional distress. All clients are carefully screened to ensure that they are appropriate matches for your services, enabling you to deliver high-quality care without the added pressure associated with higher acuity cases.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position should possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license in one of the following disciplines: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Please note that we do not accept provisional or limited licenses.

• Strong computer literacy skills to navigate our telehealth platform efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for the role is set between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually for full-time positions, while part-time counselors can earn approximately USD 65,000, based on hours worked.
