Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health history and current needs.

• Develop and implement effective, evidence-based treatment plans designed to meet each client’s objectives.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and continuously monitor their progress towards achieving these goals.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to ensure accessibility for clients facing transportation or mobility challenges, while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Valid and current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Superior organizational abilities and time-management skills to handle multiple clients effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proven track record of success in helping at-risk populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to excellent remuneration, our organization provides:
