Key Responsibilities\n

You will provide services to a diverse clientele, primarily consisting of stable adults with low-acuity mental health needs. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active, fully licensed credential as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing to practice independently.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with clients, exhibiting strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We recognize the value of your expertise and dedication. That’s why we offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your qualifications and experience. Furthermore, you will receive a sign-on bonus and the opportunity to supplement your income through various flexible arrangements, whether part-time or full-time.
