Key Responsibilities\n

In this capacity, you will engage with a diverse client base, providing individualized support and guidance. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate mental health counseling through secure video platforms.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to craft personalized treatment plans for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and stress management. Your role is pivotal to ensuring they receive the appropriate care in a comfortable, accessible way.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• One of the following active licenses to practice independently without supervision: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses; a clean disciplinary record is essential.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature.

• Strong computer literacy skills for seamless navigation of telehealth software.

Preferred Experience\n
