Compensation $35–$45 per hour, based on experience Weekly pay Schedule Monday–Friday Tuesday–Saturday: (Higher-Paying Shift Available!) Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance 100% Company-Paid Vision Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance Fidelity 401(k) with 4% Company Match Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Wellness Reimbursement Program Employee Referral Bonus Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Time Paid Major Holidays Well-stocked company truck with dispatch from home Residential installations only—no commercial work Company-provided uniforms, smartphone, and tablet Supportive, close-knit team environment What You'll Do Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems, including new construction and replacement systems Install and replace heating and cooling equipment according to company standards and manufacturer specifications Evaluate HVAC systems and recommend solutions based on customer needs Perform system testing, including leak checks, electrical testing, and equipment verification Troubleshoot and repair HVAC components, wiring, and equipment when needed Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process Ensure every installation meets safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards What Success Looks Like Complete 100% of installation checklists on every project Deliver quality installations with minimal to no customer callbacks Continuously improve technical skills through training and certifications Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals Maintain a strong commitment to safety, workmanship, and customer experience Requirements Qualifications 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience required EPA Universal Certification required Experience with FHW, boiler, and steam systems is a plus NATE Certification is a plus Sheet Metal License is a plus Electrical experience required Hot Work Certification preferred OSHA 10 Certification or higher preferred Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices and local codes Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently while leading installation projects Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and pre-employment drug screen Must provide your own hand tools Why Cranney?
