Public Interest Fall Legal Internship - Part-Time (Hybrid)

2026 Fall Legal Internship Multiple bureaus, multiple divisions – (Boston & Regional Offices) The Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office is looking for highly motivated legal interns for our 2026 fall internship program. These internships are an excellent opportunity to work closely with our legal teams on a wide range of public interest issues. As a Fall legal intern, you will spend your fall making a difference. Our part‑time fall program provides law students with a structured and enriching experience, including networking opportunities and meaningful legal work that supports the AGO’s mission. Position Requirements Must be a student currently enrolled in law school. If you have completed law school, you are not eligible for this program. Must be able to work a minimum of 12 hours per week. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a connection to the people and communities we serve and an interest in supporting a respectful, diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment. Position Type Part‑Time/Non‑Exempt. Must be able to be in office 1 day a week with one remote day. Salary Fall Internships are unpaid.
