About the Position

Job Title: RN Utilization Manager Profession: RN Utilization Manager Specialty: L1RN: Utilization Management Duration: 13 months Shift: 5x8.0 Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: - Minimum of five (5) years recent RN experience. - Previous experience in Case Management or Utilization Management required. - Experience with conducting 30+ reviews a day. - Previous experience with screening criteria including Cerner, InterQual, and MCG is required. License: - Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing in Ohio. Certifications: - ACM/CCM Certification is helpful. Must-Have: - Excellent critical thinking and communication skills. - Strong computer skills. Description: This position requires a minimum of five (5) years of recent experience in clinical nursing or a related nursing field. Experience in Care Management, Case Management, or Utilization Management is required. Candidates must have previous experience with screening criteria including Cerner, InterQual, and MCG. The role involves conducting more than 30 reviews a day. Candidates should possess excellent critical thinking and communication skills. Strong computer skills are essential for success in this position.
