About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Chief of Staff to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic and operational priorities of the executive office, particularly as the company continues to expand its global presence. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CEO, representing them across the organization, leading cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring that strategic priorities are effectively executed. Responsibilities include managing executive communications, leading the translation of strategic plans into actionable steps, and providing critical business insights through data analysis. The role demands a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, organization, attention to detail, and a passion for the brand's mission. Applicants for the Associate Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, agile in their approach, and adept at stakeholder management. Advanced skills in project management, financial analysis, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are required. A background in investment banking, consulting, or private equity is a plus, and an MBA is preferred.
