Role Description The Chief of Staff is a full-time, on-site role based in El Segundo, CA, responsible for enabling the effectiveness of the executive leadership team. This role manages the executive’s operating rhythm, including planning, prioritizing, and tracking key initiatives, meetings, and strategic projects. The Chief of Staff synthesizes information from across the organization, prepares executive briefings and communications, and ensures follow-through on decisions and action items. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional initiatives, resolving operational blockers, supporting budget and resource planning, and maintaining alignment between strategic goals and execution. The role also involves building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving special projects from concept to completion, and supporting hiring, onboarding, and culture-building efforts within the leadership team. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, project management, and operational execution in a fast-paced environment. Strong skills in executive communication, stakeholder management, and preparation of presentations, reports, and briefings. Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify risks and opportunities, and develop clear recommendations for leadership. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, improving processes, and driving accountability for milestones and outcomes. High level of discretion, integrity, and judgment when handling sensitive information and executive-level decisions. Ability to work on-site in El Segundo, CA, with flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and urgent requests. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, public policy, or a related field; advanced degree or prior Chief of Staff / management consulting experience is a plus. Background in industrials, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or related sectors is strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
