Manager, Membership Growth

We're looking for a Manager, Membership Growth to help expand The Digital Chamber's membership while cultivating lasting relationships across the digital asset ecosystem. THE ROLE: You’ll play a key role in growing The Digital Chamber by identifying new membership opportunities, cultivating executive relationships, and guiding prospective members through the membership journey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys business development and relationship building. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify, prospect, and cultivate new membership opportunities across the digital asset ecosystem. Manage the membership sales process from initial outreach through signed agreement, partnering with senior leadership to close strategic opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with executives, founders, policy leaders, and other key stakeholders across prospective member organizations. Develop and execute account strategies to generate new membership revenue and identify long‑term growth opportunities. Represent The Digital Chamber at conferences, executive dinners, industry events, and member activations to expand relationships and generate qualified opportunities. Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasts, and account information within Salesforce. Partner with the VP, Member Experience & Engagement to refine value propositions and identify new market opportunities. Collaborate with the Member Experience, Events, Policy, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to engaged member. QUALIFICATIONS: 4‑6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, membership, account management, or enterprise sales. Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships and manage complex sales cycles. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform. Willingness to travel and attend conferences, member meetings, and industry events. Experience or interest in blockchain, digital assets, financial services, or emerging technology.
