With a team of highly trained flexologists and a rapidly growing member base, Stretchlab is redefining the way people take care of their bodies.Your Mission: Own the Studio’s Primary GoalEach Stretchlab studio is driven by a singular, measurable objective: grow the membership base through increased new member units (NMU) and reduced attrition. As sales manager, this is your north star. You will be directly responsible for expanding our member community while ensuring existing members remain engaged, satisfied, and supported.Core ResponsibilitiesDrive membership sales: conduct in-studio consultations and deliver compelling presentations that convert prospects into paying members.Maximize NMU: execute daily outreach efforts, lead generation strategies, and event participation to bring in a steady pipeline of qualified leads.Minimize attrition: build lasting relationships with members, oversee care call systems, and collaborate with flexologists to ensure program satisfaction and retention.Own the sales process: use CRM software to manage leads, follow up, and close consistently.
