Alert Rescue LLC is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to drive growth and expand strategic partnerships in support of our continued success.

Position Summary

The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for leading the company’s external growth strategy, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding revenue through targeted partnerships. This role sets direction for pipeline development, commercial strategy, and relationship management to support sustainable, long-term growth.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven leader who can translate market insights into actionable plans, coach and direct business development efforts, and represent the organization with professionalism and credibility across customer, partner, and industry forums.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business development strategy, from opportunity identification and qualification through deal development and negotiation support.

• Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers, partners, and referral sources to drive pipeline growth.

• Develop go-to-market and partnership priorities informed by market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals, messaging, and commercial terms align with organizational capabilities and goals.

• Track performance against revenue and pipeline targets, providing regular updates and insights to leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales leadership, or a closely related commercial role, with measurable revenue impact.

• Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with executive-level stakeholders.

• Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute plans in a fast-moving environment.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a professional, client-focused approach.

• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive alignment toward shared commercial objectives.

• Must hold a Bachelors Degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing partnerships and business relationships across multiple channels or segments.

• Track record of managing and mentoring business development professionals or leading pipeline strategy.

• Familiarity with executive-level stakeholder management and representing an organization in public or industry settings.

• Experience working with proposals, contracting support, or commercial terms in partnership-driven environments.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate opportunities, forecast outcomes, and prioritize resources effectively.

Compensation

Annual salary: $140,000 - $220,000
