As a member of our Grounds-keeping team, you will:Provide property & grounds cleaningHave various custodial/janitorial duties & handle light painting projectsWalk your community & maintain the grounds for attractiveness and safetyMost importantly, give Lewis residents & visitors your warm and personable, customer-service enthusiasmAdditional duties as neededNote: days off are Tues/WedsThis is a full-time position offering a $18/hour wage to start, annual bonus and raise potential, a variety of health benefits to choose from, uniforms, apartment discounts (20% off), excellent training, and sincere advancement potential.
