- 1st Shift
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial door and millwork construction projects
- Review project specifications, drawings, and requirements to develop material and labor estimates
- Collaborate with senior estimators, project managers, and other team members to ensure accuracy
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing and material availability
- Maintain product knowledge and familiarity with computer systems
- Assist with project planning and bidding processes
- Develop and maintain customer relationships and respond to bid inquiries
- Coordinate estimating with plant scheduling and review job cost data post-project for continuous improvement
- Some prior experience in construction estimating or a related role preferred
- Knowledge of doors, frames, hardware, and installation procedures
- Ability to work with contractors and internal teams effectively
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and high accuracy
- Strong communication skills with management, customers, and vendors
- Proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel
- Integrity, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Willingness to learn and grow under the mentorship of an experienced estimator
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check

- Must be at least 18 years old
