You help guide kitchen operations to deliver safe, consistent dining experiences. What You’ll Do: • Prepare and coordinate meals using standardized recipes and posted menus • Support daily shift supervision in absence of Executive Chef or Dining Service Coordinator • Ensure proper portioning, plate presentation, and dietary modifications • Maintain accurate production sheets and temperature logs • Monitor food storage, rotation (FIFO), and inventory controls • Enforce food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards • Maintain clean, organized kitchen and work areas • Support compliance with federal and state regulations You play a key role in food quality, regulatory compliance, and kitchen efficiency.
