Senior Business Analyst, Supply Chain

Senior Business Analyst, Supply Chain (Remote) The Senior Supply Chain Business Analyst will support and optimize end‑to‑end supply chain operations. The role involves gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing them in production. The analyst will provide customer and product support and drive operational efficiency, inventory optimization, forecasting accuracy, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration across procurement, distribution, logistics, finance, and technology teams. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with and work alongside other IT and business areas to ensure ERP systems are properly configured and maintained. Prepare functional specifications for Oracle developers to build integrations and reports. Analyze and summarize information and trends to improve system processes and implementation of current and future projects. Interact regularly with stakeholders and users to determine their needs, develop improvement plans, and advocate for them at senior management level. Contribute information and recommendations to inform strategic plans and achieve objectives through cross‑functional collaboration. Seek and develop solutions to challenges that hinder Vetsource’s performance, focusing on efficiency and elimination of manual work using approved AI tools. Document current business processes and new functionality as it is built and delivered. Ensure the ERP system is supported during tight timelines and resolved issues meet deadlines. Use advanced techniques and AI tools to complete work. Analyze supply chain performance metrics including inventory levels, fulfillment, forecasting accuracy, transportation, and supplier performance. Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports to support business decision‑making. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, operations, finance, data analytics, or a related field. At least 7 years of work experience directly related to this position. Strong background in ERP systems with Oracle Cloud experience. Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Preferred Experience and Qualifications Oracle Cloud Certification for ERP SCM, Procurement, and Accounting Modules. Familiarity with standard concepts, best business practices, and procedures within SCM, Operations, Procurement, and Accounting fields. Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other analytics platforms. Familiarity with forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics operations. APICS/CPIM, CSCP, or related certifications.
