- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in child/adolescent psychiatry with medication management & team leadership skills
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $273/hour
- Night Call Rate: $750/night
- In-Person Call Rate: $300/hour
- Telehealth Alternative Rate: $225/hour
- Pay Package: Competitive, discussed upon application

What You'll Do
- Provide psychiatric assessment and treatment for pediatric and adolescent patients
- Manage medication plans and oversee psychotherapeutic interventions
- Conduct rounding and patient evaluations during scheduled shifts
- Provide on-call coverage for admissions and urgent issues
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with families
- Lead and guide healthcare staff, ensuring high-quality patient care
- Develop individualized treatment strategies considering cultural and social factors
What You Need
- BC in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or BC in General Psychiatry with CAP fellowship
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience in pediatric psychiatry
- Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and therapeutic modalities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment

This role is based at a leading facility in San Francisco. You will be integral to a mental health team providing compassionate, comprehensive care to youth with complex psychiatric needs. The position balances scheduled outpatient work with on-call responsibilities, ensuring meaningful engagement and support for your patients and their families.
