• Shift: Mon/Tues: 8:00 am 5:00 pm (on-site) + night call; Weekends: 6 hours rounding + on-call until 8:00 am next day

• License/Certifications: BC in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (CAP) or BC in General Psychiatry with CAP fellowship
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in adolescent and family psychiatric care

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $273/hour
• Night Call: $750/night
• Shift Bonus: $300/day
• Telehealth Rate: $225/hour
• Pay Package: Discussed upon application

What You'll Do

• Provide expert psychiatric assessment and treatment planning for adolescent patients
• Manage medication regimens and therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
• Conduct rounding and on-call duties during weekends and weeknights
• Respond to emergent needs, including hospital admissions, during night shifts
• Document clinical activities accurately and timely
• Support families and guardians through effective communication and education

What You Need

• Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (CAP) or General Psychiatry with CAP fellowship
• 2+ years' experience in adolescent mental health
• Proficiency in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Understanding of legal and safeguarding protocols for minors
