With a focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their manufacturing process.Key Responsibilities:Operate and set up press brake machines to bend and form metal parts according to specifications and blueprints.Monitor machine operations to ensure precision, quality, and adherence to production schedules.Perform quality checks on formed parts to ensure accuracy and compliance with tolerances and standards.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with workplace safety standards.Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and accurate inventory tracking.Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and troubleshoot any operational challenges.Accurately document production processes, including machine settings and output data.Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance.Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety hazards to supervisors.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience as a press brake operator or in metal fabrication is preferred.Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.Flexibility to work swing shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.Knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and safety regulations is a plus, but training will be provided.What We Offer:Competitive hourly wage.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.A supportive and inclusive workplace culture.The chance to contribute to a company that values precision, innovation, and community.Legacy Talent Search is an equal opportunity employer.
