Training Coordinator

Brief Description Conducttraining programs, including but not limited to new hires, new processes orprograms, and retraining Responsibilities Travel to stores for on-site training, as needed. Promote customer service and satisfaction throughcontinued employee awareness training. Track and support situations of non-compliance with therules, processes and procedures established by the company. Ability to influence others with a positive attitude. Being entrepreneurial and highly intuitive. Show confidence, patience, discretion, good judgment,strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Be a store support person, even be a link between thestores and the corporate office, as needed. Ability to interact professionally with all levels ofthe organization and communicate through a positive influence. Develop and assist in the implementation of newprograms, policies and/or procedures. Develop and assist in the evaluation and effectivenessof training and development programs. Development of training materials, such as manuals,quick reference aids, PowerPoint presentations, and other training supportmaterials. Preparation and updating of store menus and recipes. Preparation of recipes costs, as needed or when requiredby Management. Generate weekly and monthly training reports, amongothers. Creation and/or updating of trainings in the Netchexsystem. Entry into the Netchex system of trainings performed toemployees. Preparation of training certificates made to employees. Preparation and updating of reports (alcohol andtobacco, forklift, training, etc.), as needed. Request, delivery and tracking of managers' uniforms, asneeded. Coordination of trainings with external suppliers whenrequired. Coordination of new preparations, tasting and monitoringof approval with management (kitchens, pastry, etc.). Printing, plasticizing and sending documents to stores(menus, certificates, etc.). Archive training documents. Other training-related tasks, as assigned to you.
