Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse group of patients within the Medical Surgical unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient treatment plans and care coordination.
• Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs and symptom progression.
• Ensure accurate charting and documentation in the electronic medical records system.
• Implement care plans and physician orders while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning to enhance continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license.
• BLS (AHA) and NIHSS certifications required.
• Proven experience in a Medical Surgical setting is preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend and participate in holiday rotations.
• Familiarity with remote telemetry monitoring.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
