Conference Services Coordinator

No two days will be the same. You'll coordinate everything from VIP client meetings to large-scale events while partnering with teams across the office. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate conference room scheduling, setup, and meeting logistics. Manage catering orders and ensure meetings and events are executed seamlessly. Welcome visitors and provide exceptional customer service. Partner with facilities, technology, and guest services teams to support daily operations. Monitor meeting spaces to ensure they are stocked, organized, and presentation-ready. Provide basic meeting technology support and assist with special events. Qualifications 1+ years of hospitality, event coordination, office services, or administrative experience. Strong customer service and communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office and workplace technology. Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
