ComResource is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist.
We need a person who can assist in the development and execution of comprehensive internal communications programs for the company's Corporate, Commercial, and Simulation Systems training products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all internal communications vehicles support the brand and are produced in accordance with the company's brand personality, key messages, and objectives.
- Provide status updates and announcements for internal projects. Develop and execute effective internal communications plans and programs. Identify, gather, and coordinate the development and production of content for internal announcements.
- Coordinate the internal distribution of announcements and respond to inquiries in accordance with company-approved practices.
- Monitor, measure, and report on results achieved and recommend and implement changes to upper management, as required.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to establish near- and long-term internal communications goals and objectives.
- Interact with internal and external resources to support the company's overall communications strategy, objectives, and messaging.
- Manage external creative resources in conjunction with Corporate Communications and provide them with the guidance and information required to complete their assigned tasks.
- Establish objectives, key messages, budget, audience, and corresponding list of recipients.
- Oversee the writing, design, layout, production, and distribution of materials; interact with various teammates and outside vendors/consultants/suppliers regarding content material.
Essentials:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in the fields of Communications, Business Development, Research, or Marketing, or any combination thereof preferred.
