Although your work will primarily be conducted via teletherapy, you will have the option to engage in outpatient office discussions and peer supervision meetings. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients, addressing a diverse range of mental health challenges.

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment needs, developing a clear understanding of their goals.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that are flexible and client-focused.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals and community services to deliver coordinated, holistic care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress updates in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, spanning various age groups and backgrounds. The focus will often be on individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. By employing relational and evidence-based therapies, you will guide clients toward achieving greater mental health and emotional well-being in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• An earned Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active, unrestricted licensure to practice as a mental health professional: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW required.

• No disciplinary actions or history of limited or provisional licenses.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and empathy with clients.

• Competence in electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms to facilitate documentation and remote sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

• Specialized training or certifications in areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or family systems therapy.
