A 300-bed hospital in Quincy, IL is seeking an experienced inpatient pharmacist to cover an overnight shift on a travel assignment. This opportunity offers a consistent 7 days on, 7 days off schedule, ideal for candidates looking for focused work periods with extended time off.

Location:

• Quincy, IL (Travel opportunity)

Schedule:

• Overnight shift: approximately 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 7 days on, 7 days off

Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmaceutical care to hospitalized patients within the inpatient setting
• Accurately dispense medications and ensure proper dosage and administration
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapies and patient safety
• Utilize hospital information systems, including EPIC and Omnicell, to manage medication orders and documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year inpatient pharmacy experience
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records strongly preferred
• Ability to thrive during overnight shifts in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
