What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your local market.

• Build relationships through networking, referrals, community involvement, and business development activities.

• Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to assess their insurance and financial protection needs.

• Conduct consultative, needs-based sales conversations.

• Present customized insurance solutions based on each client's goals.

• Guide clients through the entire sales process from initial consultation through policy issuance.

• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospective clients.

• Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing account support.

• Maintain accurate client records using agency CRM systems.

• Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Required
