Operations Manager

Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations Supervise warehousing, receiving, and shipping of products Plan inbound and outbound volume Ensure training and adherence to SOPs Collaborate with HR for hiring and training processes Requirements High school diploma or GED Bachelor’s degree preferred 7 years experience in logistics/distribution 5 years supervisory experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Knowledge of applicable WMS systems English proficiency in reading, writing and verbal communication Core Competencies Demonstrates strong operational management capabilities in logistics and distribution, with a focus on supervising warehousing, receiving, and shipping processes. Proficient in training staff and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures while collaborating effectively with HR for hiring. #J-18808-Ljbffr
