Here's what we're looking for.Requirements3+ years of IT management or similar leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environmentBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferredHands-on experience managing ERP systems (Jobscope, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or similar)Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, and system integrations preferredKnowledge of AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, machine learning platforms, and AI-enabled business applicationsExperience evaluating, implementing, or managing AI solutions in a business environment strongly preferredStrong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, and business continuity planningProficiency with IT budgeting, vendor management, and project managementExcellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsAbility to travel up to 15% and lift up to 25 lbs as neededJob DutiesOversee daily IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and technical supportManage and optimize the company's ERP system, including user support, upgrades, configurations, and integrationsDevelop production-focused technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performanceEvaluate, implement, and support AI tools and technologies to automate processes and drive business valueServe as the organization's subject matter expert for AI technologies and educate employees on best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology improvements and implement strategic IT initiativesManage cybersecurity, data privacy, and business continuity programs to protect company systems and informationDevelop and maintain IT policies, including cybersecurity, AI usage, mobile device management, and disaster recovery proceduresManage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology projects to support business goalsCoach and develop IT staff while supporting ERP administration and AI capabilitiesEnsure HIPAA security compliance for the company's group health plan and maintain required documentation and risk assessmentsMonitor emerging technologies and recommend solutions that support company growth and competitive advantageWhy This Opportunity?
