NPU Performance Engineer - AI Hardware for Dojo & FSD
Tesla
Tesla is seeking a Performance Verification Engineer to join its AI Hardware team in Austin, Texas. You will own the performance verification of next-generation NPUs by ensuring real ML workloads meet performance targets. This role involves deep collaboration with engineers to optimize high-performance kernels while developing verification methodologies. Ideal candidates have a degree in Engineering or a related field and at least one year of experience verifying ML hardware.
