Thomas Printworks is searching for a talented individual. You must be efficient, capable of multitasking, and able to apply your experience and knowledge to new and changing situations. This is a Client Services Manager at our Addison, TX location.
We are a privately held diversified printing services company with annual revenues of almost $65 million. We have been in business for 70 years, with over 20 locations operating throughout Texas, Arizona, Florida, and Minnesota. Thomas Printworks truly is “Everything Print”. From custom printed wallpaper, canvas art, wall graphics, sports/stadium graphics, museum mounted prints, marketing collateral, banner graphics, vehicle graphics, direct mail, and much more.

The Client Services Manager is the primary liaison between the production, sales department, and our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all aspects of job production and client communication.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client needs, building trust and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Manage the day-to-day execution of print and marketing projects, including estimating, job entry, production coordination, and invoicing.
- Drive year-over-year revenue growth by proactively identifying client needs and presenting strategic solutions.
- Expand existing client relationships by developing connections across additional departments and introducing new products and services within assigned accounts.
- Create accurate and timely estimates based on customer specifications, project scope, and production requirements.
- Enter jobs, organize necessary paperwork and files, and ensure production teams have all required materials and instructions.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams, including installers and suppliers, to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding project timelines, expectations, and any production updates or concerns.
- Prepare timely, detailed invoicing and proactively address any billing questions or issues.
- Own project communication from start to finish, keeping all stakeholders informed, aligned, and accountable throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate client records and project details within CRM and order management systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, project coordination, or other client-facing roles, ideally within the print, signage, or marketing industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and follow-through.
- Experience with estimating tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to occasionally work overtime to meet client deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in the print, signage, or marketing fulfillment industry.
- Experience using print estimating or quoting systems.
- Understanding of print production workflows and customer requirements.
