ProCare Therapy is currently seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals for full-time school-based opportunities in Elk Grove, California !
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with students and wants to make a meaningful impact in a school setting. As a Paraprofessional, you’ll work alongside teachers and school staff to help students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally.

Responsibilities
- Support teachers with classroom activities and daily instruction
- Provide individualized assistance to students as needed
- Help students stay engaged and participate in classroom activities
- Support students with academic, behavioral, and social needs
- Assist with classroom organization and routines
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and school staff
- Encourage a positive and supportive learning environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, dependable, and compassionate
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Passion for helping students learn and succeed
