Director, AI Strategy & Transformation

Director, AI Strategy & Transformation (New Brunswick, NJ) Responsibilities: Shape and accelerate J&J’s enterprise AI and data agenda. Partner with executives, AI leaders, and business stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities. Establish governance and operating models; translate AI/data priorities into measurable outcomes. Drive enterprise alignment and execution through the AI Council (JJAIC) and Data Management Council (JJDMC). Collaborate with council co-chairs to define and prioritize strategic initiatives. Facilitate workstream/sprint sessions; manage portfolio (launch/close sprints; support sprint leads). Monitor industry trends and convert insights into strategies and operational improvements. Advise leadership on AI priorities, risks, and operating models; develop executive communications (business cases, narratives, decision frameworks). Track progress, manage risks, identify interdependencies, and mitigate issues proactively. Develop performance frameworks; own quarterly data quality index governance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or advanced business degree preferred. 10+ years in consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise transformation, Chief of Staff, or strategic planning (strongly preferred). Familiarity with AI and generative AI trends. Skills (required/preferred): Strategy development, operational excellence, change management Facilitation, program/project management, stakeholder management, communication Cross-functional leadership in a matrix environment Emerging tech leverage; translating vision to measurable outcomes Strong financial acumen; executive advising/influencing (Preferred skills listed): Alliance Formation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Change Management, Digital Strategy, Industry Analysis, Innovation, Stakeholder Engagement, Strategic Change #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
