The jobholder reports directly to the Group Chief Information Officer and will 1) oversee, influence, and drive execution of large-scale strategic initiatives across Veralto’s Operating Companies, including high-impact, global ERP & digital transformation programs. 2) Build PMO, governance, structure and frameworks that ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to business objectives and Veralto Enterprise System (VES), while strengthening execution discipline, and cross-functional coordination. 3) Support the development of scalable, organization-wide frameworks and delivery models for AI, data, and emerging technology initiatives that drive value and positively impact P&L.This newly created, highly visible position collaborates widely across an expanding, diverse group of successful technology companies and provides stimulating challenges, personal growth, and the opportunity to build something substantial.Key Responsibilities:Enterprise Program Leadership & Strategic ExecutionPartner with operating company leadership to oversee execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation programsEnsure programs remain on track across scope, timeline, budget, risks, and business outcomesEstablish governance structures, reporting cadences, and escalation mechanismsProvide visibility into program health, risks, and execution performanceDrive cross-functional alignment across business, IT, operations, and external partnersConsulting Firm & Service Provider OversightPartner with consulting firms, SIs, and service providers supporting enterprise initiativesEnsure external partners deliver against commitments, timelines, budgets, and quality expectationsDrive accountability, transparency, and measurable outcomes across third-party engagementsSupport executive review of partner performance and delivery effectivenessCoordinate escalation and remediation activities as neededFederated AI, Data & Technology Governance FrameworkSupport the development of enterprise frameworks for AI, data, and technology initiativesEstablish intake, prioritization, and governance processes for enterprise initiativesCreate visibility into AI, data, and strategic initiatives across operating companiesHelp catalog and organize enterprise efforts to reduce duplication and identify scalable opportunitiesPartner with business and technology leaders to identify high-value opportunities and ensure execution oversightExecutive Communication & Organizational AlignmentDevelop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and strategic updatesPrepare leadership presentations and governance materials for senior stakeholdersCommunicate program health, risks, and recommendations with clarity and transparencyDrive alignment across stakeholders with competing prioritiesSupport KPI development and operational reporting frameworksThe essential requirements of the job include:10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs (i.e., global ERP spanning IT, Operations, Finance etc) or enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, across large, decentralized or multi-business-unit organizationsDemonstrated experience establishing program governance frameworks, PMO, reporting structures, and execution cadencesExperience managing large-scale programs involving external large-scale consulting firms or systems integratorsExecutive level communication, partnering across multiple businesses, strong diplomacy and influencing skills. The compensation range for this role is $200,000 - $230,000 USD per year.
