Hotel Night Auditor
Looking for a stable, full-time position with a great team? We are seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join a hotel in Tuscumbia, AL. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth overnight operations.
Shift: 11:00pm-7:00am
Pay: $11.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist hotel guests with check-in and check-out during overnight hours.
- Answer guest questions and resolve concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Balance daily financial transactions and complete end-of-day audit reports.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
- Respond to phone calls and guest requests promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and complete required reports.
- Monitor the property throughout the shift to ensure guest safety and security.
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and presentable.
- Work closely with hotel management to ensure a positive guest experience.
Skills and Experience
- Previous customer service, front desk, cashier, or hotel experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Must be comfortable working overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
