Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive sales growth. Conduct territory sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to identify new business opportunities. Utilize Salesforce to manage customer accounts, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics. Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies that align with business objectives. Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients showcasing our products and services. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our offerings. Skills Proven experience in account management and sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of territory sales strategies and techniques. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals. Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Experience in technical sales or retail sales is a plus.
