As an Office Assistant 2, you will support the administrative team by providing a full range of essential office services. In this role, you will help ensure smooth daily operations by verifying and logging transactions, processing payroll tasks, and managing routine administrative workflows. Your responsibilities will include detailed data entry, maintaining and organizing files and records, handling mail and inventory, assisting with invoicing, and providing backup support for other administrative duties as needed. High school diploma or the equivalent. AND One year of experience that includes clerical tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones, typing, filing, sorting mail, entering data, receiving payments, making change, or maintaining logs. Substitution:
