About the Role

The Company is seeking a Solutions Manager for its Healthcare Strategy & Solutions unit. This pivotal role is focused on driving market penetration in high-priority specialty verticals, including diagnostic imaging, community oncology, and home health/long-term care. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end go-to-market architecture in these segments, combining various product capabilities into tailored solutions that address specific clinical and administrative workflow challenges. This includes defining bundled solution offerings, developing segment-specific value propositions, and identifying and negotiating partnerships with key ecosystem players. The role also involves designing pricing models, managing profitability, and serving as a subject matter expert to support the sales team. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in healthcare technology, with a strong preference for backgrounds in clinical informatics, HIT product management, healthcare consulting, or solutions engineering. Direct experience in the targeted industry segments is essential, as is a deep understanding of healthcare administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and launching B2B healthcare SaaS or platform solutions, including pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels are required. Experience with digital fax, cloud communications, or document intelligence platforms, as well as familiarity with CMS interoperability and prior authorization mandates, is a plus.
