Flight Operations Support Specialist (GSO T2/B1) We are looking for a Flight Operations Support Specialist (Tier 2) to support daily drone flight operations, ensure safety and quality compliance, and manage Tier 1 Flight Operations activities within a designated sector. Key Responsibilities Manage and support daily activities of Tier 1 Flight Operations teams to meet customer operational requirements Ensure all Tier 1 Flight Ops activities are performed according to established procedures and Statements of Work (SOW) Provide quality and safety assurance for flight operations conducted at customer facilities Monitor team performance and identify/report operational deficiencies to management Identify and communicate equipment, aircraft, and crew-related issues to leadership Track Tier 1 team availability, performance, and operational readiness Support a safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations environment Required Qualifications FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is mandatory Experience supporting drone/UAS flight operations preferred Strong understanding of aviation safety, compliance, and operational procedures Ability to coordinate teams and communicate effectively with operations leadership Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety If you are passionate about drone technology, aviation operations, and safety-focused flight management , we would love to hear from you!
