Patient Service Representative

Job TitleResponsibilitiesUpdate and verify patient information at every visitAssist patients with filling out patient history forms, consent forms and payment contract formsReceive and process cash and credit card payments for medical services renderedReview patient accounts, identify delinquent accounts and collect overdue paymentsAnswer, investigate and/or direct patient inquiries or complaints to the appropriate medical staff memberRequirements and skillsProven work experience as a Patient Service Representative or similar roleEpic system intermediate to advanced experienceKnowledge of medical terms and practicesProfessional manner and appearanceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsMeticulous attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)High school diploma or equivalent preferred Solve IT Strategies, Inc.
