Salesforce Business Analyst

Job title: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Everett, MA ***Only qualified Senior Salesforce Business Analyst candidates located near the commutable Everett, MA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence*** Senior Salesforce Business Analyst will Partner with stakeholders and development teams to help elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and facilitate translation into technical requirements. Support the Program Managers with implementation projects in collaboration with vendor partner teams and business stakeholders. Effectively communicate requirements conflicts to project leads, assist with conflict resolution. Ensure that requirements are understood and approved by all stakeholders. Manage requirement traceability and changes throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure the test strategy and test plans adequately cover the requirements. Assist in defect resolution. Senior Salesforce Business Analyst Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 5 years of Business Analysis experience 2. Required experience: o Implementing and working with Salesforce Solutions o Utilizing a SAFe Agile framework o Working with vendor consultants 3. Good experience in implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), preferably Worked in a Salesforce implementation project. 4. Experience in creating documents, such as Business Requirement Documents, Software Requirement Documents, Process workflows, RAIDQs, Project Plans, User guides/Training materials among others. 5. Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements effectively based on business value, risks and constraints. 6. Understand the Project Management methodologies and practices to be able to work closely with a Program Manager and seamlessly move into the PM role on occasion. 7. Experience with evaluating project risks and issues and assisting Program Manager/Portfolio Manager with prioritization and development of mitigation or resolution strategies. 8. Ability to develop strong client/vendor relationships and develop strategies and solutions of high business value. 9. Ability to apply business analysis experience and project management knowledge to real world scenarios. Agile Project Methodology and JIRA knowledge preferred. 10. Experience in facilitating requirement analysis sessions with large and diverse stakeholder groups through requirements meetings, workshops, JAD sessions etc. 11. Possess the ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents and governmental regulations; to write clear and legible documents, business correspondence and meeting notes; create presentations to effectively convey information and respond to questions from managers, employees, vendors, and governmental agencies. 12. Experience with analyzing inefficient business processes (manual entry, old technology, migrations, etc.) and working with business stakeholders and IT partners to create requirements for effective automated solutions. 13. Experience in creating visual diagrams of the system by UML (Use case, Activity, Business Process Diagrams), and creating web page mock-ups. 14. Proficient with MS Office; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio. 15. Maintain confidentiality and able to work with all levels of employees in the organization. 16. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar preferred 17. Business Analyst Certification Preferred 18.
