Salesforce Business Analyst

• Works with most phases of systems analysis while considering the business and technical implications of the application of technology to current and future business environments.
• Duties include: create process change through the integration of new processes with existing ones and communication of changes to business users
• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives
• Develop and modify moderately complex information
• Facilitate the delivery of technical business solutions
• Analyze business and user needs, document requirements and devise technical solutions
• Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts.
