Employment Details Employment Type: Per Diem Shift Differential Eligible: Yes Organization Manor House, Adventist HealthCare Position Overview Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Psychiatric Technician who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. Responsibilities Facilitates patient–professional collaboration at all levels of health care. Monitors therapeutic treatment. Recognizes and values differences in the care team and creates a setting conducive to opinion‑sharing. Collaborates with the treatment team to develop patient care protocols and procedures. Incorporates clinical guidelines into patient care. Uses information technology to deliver safe and efficient care. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years in a related field. High School Diploma or GED. Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate. Work Schedule Per Diem position with a rate of $23.00 per hour. Typical Daily Schedule: Morning, evening, overnight 8‑hour shift. 8–20 hours per week. Shift Type: Rotating. Shift Differential Eligible: Yes. Pay & Benefits Pay is specified per hour for the per diem position. Salary discussions will take place during the screening process if the salary range is not displayed.
