2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Production SupervisorLHH is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift to supervise a production floor team to efficiently create a product that conforms to the standards of the customer. This will be executed through providing strong leadership and managing the systems, equipment, people and materials according to the established policies, procedures, specifications, and customer requirements.ResponsibilitiesMonitor safety performance, taking appropriate action to commend safe work practices and resolve all safety infractions as they occur.Supervises production, adhering to the production scheduleMaintains 100% floor presence; owns the assigned production lines.Performs safety audits, conducts monthly safety meetings with employees and reviews safety performance.Oversees an assigned area within the plant, doing daily audits of production performance by checking with staff and ensuring quality of their work.Responsible for coaching and training of production personnel, including holding group meetings to communicate methods and standards.QualificationsProduction supervision experience in a manufacturing environment3+ years of related work experienceStrong communication skillsSalary Range: $75,000-$85,000Benefits: Health, dental, and vision, life, short/long term disability insurance, 401(k) offering, paid time off and holidays (8Unlimited PTO), paid sick leave where applicable by state law.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
