Location San Francisco, USA Job Description As the Founding Operations Manager at Anthrogen.com, you will serve as the operational backbone, scaling the company from 9 to 30+ people. You will own recruiting, finance, and partner relationships while working directly with the founder. This is a high-impact role for future founders looking to build at the frontier of AI and biology. What You Will Do Build and manage end-to-end hiring pipelines to grow the team from 9 to over 30 technical specialists. Establish and own all financial, legal, and vendor operations systems from scratch to support rapid scaling. Coordinate partner relationships and manage product releases, serving as the primary operational partner to the CEO. The ideal candidate Holds a STEM undergraduate degree (Math, CS, or Bio) with the quantitative rigor to engage with a deeply technical ML team. Demonstrates 2-7 years of experience in high-growth environments or entrepreneurial ventures with a clear path toward becoming a founder.
