Project Manager

Hill International is seeking a Project Manager in Washington, DC Hill is seeking to employ a Project Manager for a long-term, phased systems upgrade project in Washington, DC Responsibilities Serve as an on-site project manager with total responsibility for specific work packages as assigned from design, procurement and construction phases Manage occupied building renovation projects with emphasis on replacement mechanical and electrical systems Deliver all aspects of project management as an owner’s representative including quality assurance, change order management, issue resolution, coordination, project controls, and reporting Work independently, but keep all project stakeholders informed and updated through effective and timely communication Qualifications A minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience Bachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical or civil engineering preferred Experience on HVAC systems work preferred Experience managing projects $75M+ preferred Experience with CM at Risk delivery method Professional registration as a PE, CCM, or PMP preferred Must be available to work full time onsite in Washington, DC Strong communication skills and an ability to coordinate between the contractor(s) and multiple client teams The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. The salary offered will be based on the applicant’s qualifications, education, experience and work location.
