Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• OASIS experience required
• HCHB experience required
• At least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years required

Assignment Details

• Monday - Friday
• 8A - 5P
• 40 hours per week
• Territory within a 50 mile radius in the Bartlesville region
