This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at our office in Baltimore, MD. The Front Desk Receptionist will handle a variety of responsibilities including managing phone calls, welcoming and assisting clients, scheduling appointments, and performing clerical tasks. The position requires consistent communication with clients and team members while ensuring smooth daily operations of the front desk area.

• Strong Phone Etiquette and ability to handle multiple lines effectively
• Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including managing appointments and maintaining records
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on creating positive client experiences
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as word processing and scheduling software
• Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is a plus
