LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization in the DFW area seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its accounting operations team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full customer order lifecycle, from purchase order review and order entry through invoicing and cash application.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of transactional accounting, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work directly with customers and internal teams to ensure orders and invoices are processed accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders from initial purchase order review through order entry, invoicing and payment application.
• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy, including pricing, quantities, terms and billing requirements.
• Assist with purchasing activities, including purchase order creation and coordination with vendors.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding product availability, shipping requirements, freight arrangements and order fulfillment.
• Prepare and process customer invoices for both product sales and service-related transactions.
• Research service documentation, purchase orders and supporting details to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Process invoices through customer billing portals and maintain accurate customer account records.
• Apply customer payments and assist with resolving payment discrepancies.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding order status, billing questions, documentation and invoice discrepancies.
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies involving pricing, purchase orders, shipments and invoices.
• Support process improvements and maintain accurate transactional records in the ERP system.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, order-to-cash, billing, order management or a related accounting operations role.
• Strong understanding of customer purchase orders, order entry, invoicing and cash application.
• Experience with purchasing or vendor purchase orders preferred.
• Understanding of cost versus selling price and basic accounting principles.
• Experience coordinating shipping, freight or order fulfillment activities.
• Familiarity with customer billing portals and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Acumatica ERP experience highly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working within ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes while maintaining accuracy.
• Experience in distribution, manufacturing, field services or other product and service-based environments preferred.

Pay Details: $26.44 to $33.65 per hour
