Finance Director Anew Behavioral Health, LLC, Keene, New Hampshire, United States Summary The Finance Director will work directly with leadership and oversee the financial department, developing financial strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Finance Director will coordinate with the Accounting team and other internal departments. Duties and Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Prepare and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and risk analyses to senior leadership. Monitor cash flow, profitability, and capital expenditures to ensure financial stability. Develop and manage budgets, aligning them with company goals and optimizing resource allocation. Collaborate with Operations, Coordinated Services, and Administrative Services. Implement financial strategies to drive growth, profitability, and long‑term sustainability. Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with executive management to guide strategic decision-making with financial insights and analysis. Maintain relationships with internal management, auditors, and key stakeholders. Lead financial audits and ensure all financial records and reports are accurate. Implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and mitigate risks. Analyze financial trends and provide recommendations for cost management and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with all financial laws and regulations, including tax planning and audits. Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Education Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Certification CPA (preferred but not required). Experience 5+ years exempt‑level accounting experience within a multi‑site behavioral health or healthcare setting. 10+ years demonstrable experience as a Financial Director, Chief Financial Officer, or senior finance leadership role. Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). Schedule Monday through Friday, with availability to attend meetings at the local accounting office and with supervisor.
