For Full Time Schedule We Offer

Compensation: $20-$25/hour based on experience

Schedule

We're offer a Full-time schedule with NO WEEKENDS!

• Monday: 7:45am - 5:00pm
• Tuesday: 7:45am - 5:00pm
• Wednesday: 7:45am - 5:00pm
• Thursday: 6:45am - 3:00pm
• Friday : 8:00am - 1:00pm (catch-up day)
• Saturday: OFF
• Sunday: OFF

Responsibilities

The Dental Front Office Coordinator will (but not limited to) :

• Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
• Accurate data entry skills
• Develop productive schedules.
• Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.
• Manage patient documents and records.
• Process and complete claim forms.
• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of Dental Front Office experience working in dentistry or related field.
• Knowledge of insurance verification.
• Strong customer service experience .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Denticon is a plus!
